Weeks Worth

It has been a good week for the most part. Although the down times seemed to bring it down to an all-time low for me. I just wanted to not wake up some days .... But anyway!

Excercised 3 days this week .... will try to keep doing it, I have got to lose some weight really soon! I can not take this anymore!

Oh well to the weekend we go!

Day 3 Blues

Well this is day three and I do not feel like I did hardly anything in my workout today. I got so winded so quick and just hurt ...

Today I did 3 reps of walk a song and run a song then cooled down with walk a song

Tried the elipitacal thingy .... not for me today

Tried the bike ... not for me today

Then did 30 reps on abdominal thingy and 30 reps on the back press thingy

I hope this does not completely discourage me!!! LaDonna said that she will be starting with us come Monday .... LET'S DO IT!!!

Baked to a Golden Brown

Ok so I have this friend who suggested that I make some creations out of some cheese and summer sausage that I had received...

So I took this really expensive pasty dough (southern home flakey biscuits) and rolled it out



Then in one I placed the round of Gouda cheese and in the smaller I placed a slice of summer sausage and piece of Premoo cheese









Then wrapped it up and placed it on a cookie sheet






Then baked it to a golden brown










Good suggestion Dodi ... Placed a little of the cheese on a cracker and added just a dab of mustard to the sausage creation and it was really good ...

THE EXCERCISE NAZI

So, ok yeah I know I never write on this thing because I never really have nothing to say :o( I know booo ... hooo woah is me ... so here goes.

So for the past two days my best (aka THE EXCERCISE NAZI) has had me in the gym at lunch telling me to support me in my new quest to get my fat behind up and lose some of this weight. So here is where I plan on journaling it, not that anyone but me and she plan to read this.

Day 1 (Yesterday) I began this journey at 138lbs, my hardest thing on this journey will not be weighing myself every single day and getting frustrated because I am not losing anything. So I did 1.2 miles on the treadmill (18 minutes) and 1.5 miles on the bike. I was plum tuckered.

Day 2 (Today) Today I did 1.3 miles on the treadmill and 2.2 miles on the bike. The possitive thing was today I decided that I would run part of that 1.3 miles on the tread .... 7 minutes walking, 6 minutes running, 2 minutes walking, 3 minutes running, and 2 minutes walking ... it was good. Then when we finished she had me do 3 reps of 10 at 50lbs on the abdominal machine. It was good.

Ok on to bigger and better things ... Julie Wells is trying to help me out with getting some information on test study for my asthma .... will let you know how that turns out .... Thanks Julie.

Alright, well Dodi says we will do this again tomorrow ..... Thanks girl for being my support, I know I can not do this alone!!!! You are the BEST!!!!!!!!!!!!!
